A Word from Our Founder...


Hi Mum!


I'm Lisa, founder of the In Shape Mummy company. And I’m mum to an action-packed toddler and a superhero loving little boy. I am passionate about helping mums to live healthy and happy lives. Nice to meet you! 


After my own struggles with weight and severe sleep deprivation (courtesy of my babies) I found a way to transform not only the way I look but the way I feel. After I found the way, I knew I had to share it. Together with my team of leading postnatal health experts, I started the In Shape Mummy company to help other mums do the same.


I breastfed both of my little ones until they were 2 so I spent a total of 4 years breastfeeding. I am passionate about breastfeeding and believe it is one of the best gifts you can give your precious baby. That's why I started the In Shape Mummy company, to support breastfeeding mums.


I attribute not only my weight loss, but my breastfeeding success and my sanity to my healthy lifestyle.


I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to help 1000s of mums transform the way they look and feel. And I am excited to help you too!

Julie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist. She is a Mum to 3 children - a bouncing baby girl and 2 blueberry loving little boys under 2. Julie has appeared on Channel 9 News, Channel 7 News, Today Tonight and Brisbane Extra as an Expert Dietitian. She has also been a columnist for Prevention Magazine and Australian Weight Watchers Magazine.

Joyce

Joyce Bergsma - Nutritionist

Joyce is an Accredited Practising Nutritional Therapist. She has international experience helping mums all over the world lose weight. Joyce has delivered seminars, conducted workshops, gave personalised consultations and provided nutritional advice to companies.

Andrea

Andrea Baker - Postnatal Physiotherapist

Andrea in an Accredited Physiotherapist, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Continence and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. Andrea is the mother of 3 children and personally understands all that pregnancy and childbirth entails; the toll on the body, the busyness of life and the mental strains!

Jessica

Jessica Post - Postnatal Exercise Physiologist

Jessica is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. As a mum, she knows how to safely prescribe exercise after pregnancy to stay fit, strong and healthy. Jessica helps women with PCOS, gestational diabetes, pregnancy related back and hip pain, pelvic floor and abdominal separation.
