Calories: 200 per serve
2. Combine the almond flour, almond flakes, oats and coconut in a large bowl.
3. In a small saucepan melt the coconut oil & maple syrup over medium heat.
6. Roll mixture into small balls. Place on a lined oven tray and flatten with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
7. Roll into a ball/s and put in the fridge for 2 minutes.
8. If you prefer, you can multiply the recipe and store the leftovers in the freezer. Straight out of the freezer they are really delicious!
