1 Banana (frozen is best)
1/2 cup Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Coconut Water (option: add more to taste)
1/2 cup Low Fat Yoghurt or Coconut Yogurt
2 tablespoons In Shape Mummy Health Shake Mix
Throw and ingredients in the blender and voila!
